Refund policy

Physical Products

We accept returns of physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• Returned in the original packaging

• All accessories and components are included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors on our side.

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
